Best Upgrade from previous RC.

Its a super upgrade as compared to the older version when you click and click with no response or not sure what it will do. With this alone, its straight forward with the joystick. The only pain point is the limited installation placement as its only can be installed in one way. Luckily am able to squeeze through the gap between my controls and the grip. As am using Grip puppies, there's no way you can install over it.

Spedizione molto rapida. Il controller e' molto piccolo.Purtroppo non ho potuto installarlo nella posizione consigliata da chigee perche' mi avrebbe impedito di accedere ai comandi della moto. Ho trovato una posizione alternativa si comanda facilmente e non tocca sul serbatoio. Funziona perfettamente.

Great Leap Forward for the CHIGEE Remote

I owned the original remote but this is such a great move forward. Better mount (metal) placement for easy thumb reach and the controls work really well with my AIO-6 LTE. My only slight issue is the 4-way control and how that works with the CarPlay screen. Down and Up do not appear to work when moving across the screen; hope this will be resolved in a future software update on the AIO-6. Otherwise, really good upgrade.

Einfachere Bedienung als mit dem BMW Drehrad

Installiert auf BMW R1300 GSA. Bedienung wesentlich einfacher als mit dem Drehrad. Zuerst war ich etwas skeptisch, ob die Halterung der Fernbedienung stabil genug ist, um im Fahrbetrieb mit Handschuhen zuverlässig bedienbar zu sein, aber bisher bewährt sie sich ohne Probleme. Installation ist einfach, Verbindung klappt nach dem ersten Knopfdruck innert Sekunden. Empfehlenswert.

Heb mijn chigee set uitgebreid met deze afstandsbediening. Werkt fijn, snel en intuïtief. Ik hoop alleen nog op wat extra softwarematige upgrades. Zo zou het fijn zijn als bij lang indrukken Siri geactiveerd zou kunnen worden. Verder top!

Ricevuto con la pila già installata, fa venire il dubbio ch3 fosse già stato aperto. In ogni caso il prodotto DOA, non ha mai funzionato nonostante correttamente installato ed abbia provato a cambiare la pila in questione. Non lo aspettavo da chigee

A causa delle restrizioni imposte da alcuni corrieri sul trasporto delle batterie al litio, la batteria a bottone **CR2032**, se inserita separatamente nella confezione, potrebbe essere soggetta a controlli o impedire la spedizione. Per questo motivo, chiediamo alla fabbrica di **installare preventivamente la batteria nel controller prima della spedizione**.

È quindi del tutto normale che il CGRC Multi venga ricevuto con la batteria già installata e questo non significa che il prodotto sia stato precedentemente aperto o utilizzato.

Good but not great

I received mine today, pairing went well, but 2 problems appeared:
The clamp for the handlebar allows the device to twist on the grip no matter how tight the screw is.
The joystick is running backwards, up is down, down is up. Neither problem is resolved yet.

Does the CGRC Multi support XR-2, AIO-5, and AIO-6?

The CGRC Multi is compatible with AIO-5 and AIO-6 devices running the latest firmware.

XR-2 is not yet supported. Compatibility is planned for a future firmware update, but no release date has been confirmed.

Can I use it while wearing motorcycle gloves?

Yes. CGRC Multi features clearly separated physical buttons and a tactile joystick that are easier to locate and operate while wearing riding gloves.
It helps reduce repeated screen tapping and keeps frequently used controls within easy reach of your thumb.

Does CGRC Multi need to be charged?

No. CGRC Multi is powered by a replaceable CR2032 coin-cell battery, so no charging cable is required.
One CR2032 battery is included in the box.

How do I install the battery?

Rotate the battery cover to the unlock position and remove it.
Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive side facing upward. Reinstall the cover and rotate it to the lock position.
After installation, press any button to confirm that the controller powers on.

How do I pair CGRC Multi with my CHIGEE display?

Short-press any button on the controller to enter pairing mode. The blue indicator will flash quickly.

On your CHIGEE display, go to:

System Settings > External Devices > Remote Control > Pair

Wait until the display confirms that pairing is complete.

What handlebar size does the mounting bracket fit?

The included bracket fits mounting positions with a diameter of approximately 30–35 mm.
Measure the intended installation position before purchasing to confirm compatibility.

Where should I install the controller?

Install the controller close to the handlebar controls and within comfortable reach of your thumb.
Make sure the controller does not interfere with the clutch lever, switches, cables, steering movement, or other motorcycle controls.

How is the battery compartment installed?

Apply the included 3M double-sided adhesive pad to the back of the battery compartment.
Choose a clean, dry, and suitable mounting position, then press the compartment firmly into place. Keep it away from moving components, control cables, and areas that could restrict handlebar movement.
