For riders with BMW motorcycles equipped with the new 10.25-inch TFT display, the Chigee Display cannot currently be mounted directly. To solve this, Chigee has developed a dedicated adapter bracket that enables seamless, non-destructive installation for supported BMW models.

This bracket is compatible with the standard backplate of the AIO-6 Series, AIO-5 Evo, AIO-5 Play, and AIO-5 Lite, and it also fits the CG Quick-Release Module.

However, please note that it is not compatible with the AIO-6 with BMW Quick-Release Module or the AIO-5 Play BMW version, as both of these products are designed to plug directly into the BMW navigation cradle.

Great option for navigation without waypoints!

Nice construction, I like the way it mounts above the BMW tuft screen. Had one issues getting it to sync up when bike is turned on but solved. Just received my sunshade and screen protector so hopefully glare will subside. Also looking at ways to dampen the vibration while riding as well.

Like OEM with one exception

The design of the K1600 mount looks like factory / OEM. Fantastic. One minor niggle is the angle of the Chigee mount is different from the K1600 LCD causing more glare and washing out the brightness of the display. I've worked with customer service and they are working on an update to address this issue.

Customer service experience is excellent. Respond within a few hours. I'm sold not only on Chigee products but also the overall customer experience.

I have not received my BMW 10.25-inch TFT Adapter Bracket. DHL handed the delivery to a third party, and I have no way to track it. I placed the order on the 8th of October and paid for express delivery. I AM NOT HAPPY.

In the meantime, you might find that loosening the mounting bolts slightly and re-tightening them in a cross-pattern helps the bracket settle into a more centered position.

Is there a way to dampen the vibration of the aio-6 screen mounted on the R1250RT brackets? When idle and when hitting pumps the screen vibrates.

The backplate of the AIO-6 mount is usually equipped with rubber damping rings to help absorb vibrations.

If you notice significant screen vibration when using the bracket on your BMW R1250RT, we recommend checking that the bracket and all mounting screws are securely installed and tightened. Any looseness in the mounting assembly may contribute to excessive vibration.

If the vibration persists after checking the installation, please feel free to send us a short video showing the issue so we can help you investigate further.

I have a 2021 1250 RT with the 10.25 inch screen. I believe it is identical to the 2022 but you say it only fits 2022 and newer. A reviews was for a 2021 and it fit fine. Just want to confirm. Tx.

Hi, From our experience, the 2021 1250 RT does not have a proper mounting spot for this bracket. You can check out the installation video on our product page for more details. This bracket is not compatible with the 2021 1250 RT, so we do not recommend purchasing it.

How do I get power to the backet is there a kit?

Hello. This bracket needs to be connected to the bike battery via a cable to power the device. The AIO-6 comes with the required cable as standard, so you don't need to purchase one separately.

I bought a Chigee SR-1 a few days ago and am very happy with it — a fantastic piece of kit! Unfortunately, I lost the cover plate prompt and wanted to buy a replacement part from Chigee. Their customer service was first-class, and they sent me the part free of charge; I only had to pay the shipping costs. Truly a great product and excellent service! Highly recommended!!!

Si tratta di un passaggio necessario affinché possiamo seguire il caso con il corriere e procedere con la soluzione appropriata, come organizzare una nuova spedizione o effettuare un rimborso.

Comprendiamo che questa procedura possa averle causato qualche inconveniente, ma si tratta di un processo necessario per la gestione delle richieste relative alle spedizioni e ci permette di gestire correttamente la pratica con il corriere.
