Perfect fit

I bought this so I could mount it to the standard navigation bracket that comes as an official accessory for the V-Strom 650 (model no. 99980-DL650-BRK). It fits perfectly and looks like its stock when fully installed now. I did get smaller M4 bolts as the ones provided protruded alot, and even though it did not interfere with the screen, I didn't like the way it looked so I got 16mm ones instead, which still protrude a little bit but looks better imho. 10mm would also have been possible in hindsight. Overall very happy with this product, and the AIO-5 lite I got this for.

Received my aio-5 play for BMW just before leaving for Spain to continue my European tour. Very fast shipping. My bike was stored in Spain and when I arrived I installed and updated the device in under 10 minutes. I am on day 4 of the tour and the device has been flawless. My Nav 5 did not have European maps so no I can use any Nav APP I choose. Been using Scenic and this combination has been great. Also my GSA is a 2016 and has analog Speedo. I used to use the Nav 5 as Speedo due to position and ease of reading. The aio-5 play for BMW emulates the newer TFT so it is a great display for speed revs ambt temp elevation etc. I agree with some reviewers that the screen could have been just an inch bigger for ease of reading. However it may not fit on bikes like the 2014 RT if it was bigger. The quality of build seems great. I tested in a severe downpour yesterday and no issues. Long term durability will be determined over time. I would recommend this product to anyone with BMW Nav prep.
