One of the coolest gadgets your bike can get

Besides the Android / IOS connection, one of the most useful features is the blind spot detection. I found it very useful when riding both in the city and outside of it. High quality materials and premium feel.

This is high premium product. I think its best currently in the market. Buy it as it saved my life. I was in an accident with a car doing illegal turn and the camera caught everything and I was able to use it as evidence and got my bike all covered by insurance.

A frustrated customer

I was genuinely excited about your product, but unfortunately, it has not worked properly since installation. The wonder wheel behaves erratically in NAV mode, randomly selecting different apps, turning music on/off, hanging up the phone etc., and only stops when used in the TFT mode.

To make matters worse, your email support is slow and unhelpful. It takes days to receive a response, and when I do, I’m repeatedly asked for images and answers and same basic questions, which feels like unnecessary stalling.

Can the issue please be addressed promptly and provide a clear solution, so I can start to enjoy Chigee, or get a refund.

Apologies for the delayed reply. In our previous emails, we asked for video and photo evidence to help us better understand and identify the issue.

Could you please share your motorcycle’s make, model, and year? Also, we kindly ask that you record a video showing the issue while the motorcycle is stationary.

We believe that if the issue exists, it should persist regardless of whether the bike is moving or not, and capturing it while stationary will help us analyze it more clearly.
