Very poor customer service

Product is great but customer service is just awful. You literally can’t get in touch with anyone and to add insult to injury, they email you to asking you to give them some glowing review…So I received an email on Monday asking that I “update my review” to show that they had resolved my issue. When they literally have done NOTHING. They didn’t even bother to tell me how they “resolved my issue”. Meanwhile I have attached the shipping update showing that my product has been returned to the China warehouse. So here is my updated review: Simply awful. If you ever endeavor to actually speak with someone at Chigee for any reason, you will not be successful. They appear to do everything they can’t to avoid even the semblance of engaging with their customers. My Advice, order the Chigee product from ANYONE except Chigee themselves. Get it from Amazon with the full knowledge that if you needs something from Chigee not offered on Amazon, like a replacement camera, you are out of luck.
