Who pays for custom duties/taxes?

Each country has its own customs regulations and policies. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office. If import duties or taxes are applied, it is the customer's responsibility to cover these charges. In case of a return due to customs duties, Chigee will not refund the shipping costs.

What if I never received my order?

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home.
