I have been trying the AIO-5 Play BMW for about two weeks now. I‘m afraid to say that with my 2016 1200 GSA and a NAV V the device does not add much benefit. I bought it for the lean angle indication but with my bike that feature is not available, which was not clear from the website. All other parameters I have already anyway. I find the numeric indication of the rpm very jumpy. A bit of dampening would help. Also the indicators are very dim. I see the indicator on my instrument cluster much better than those on the Chigee. I do not use car play very much. Music, phone, etc. I have via mobile phone or Nav anyway. Speaking of phone, I have a bracket on the handlebar so I see the phone and can charge it at the same time. Personally I feel no need for the Chigee for my model bike. That said, it adds a digital display to older models and lean angle to newer models, which is really cool. The build quality and finish is first class and it fits perfectly into the BMW cradle, so no external wiring required. Wonder wheel works fine. No issue there and it‘s doing a great job in bringing the bike cluster, phone and Nav onto a single screen. I don‘t know how to put it but I really think that specifically the 2016 BMWs benefit the least from a Chigee because they come standard with most of what the Chigee has to offer but just not enough to make full use of the device. If that makes sense. Not the device‘s fault. Great product.
