Setup was fairly easy, screen looks great and the USB power option is convenient
It added what I was looking for on the bike. My only reservation about the unit is it's size I wish it was a little bit bigger maybe 6 inches but for a simple five minute install it's not bad
Bought the Chigee with a big banner on the page saying “free screen protector”
No screen protector arrives.
Bought the tpms and had to replace all the batteries because they shipped with flat batteries. Not happy at all. Chigee works ok
**After posting the above review Chigee made contact in an effort to resolve the issues I faced, and indeed issued a screen protector, so On balance, I am satisfied with the experience. Only real issue remaining with the Chigee is I wish I’d waited for the AIO-6! AiO5 is infinitely superior to the Ali express CarPlays I’d used previously. Worth the cost

Overall a good experience:
Pro:
- nice screen visible in any light. Decent viewing angles but not perfect
- from my experience until now with wireless android auto this was pretty reliable only once i had to reconnect the phone in a few thousands km.
- also starts quite fast
- nice build and easy to open up if needed(repairable)
- seen some questions about BMW connected app. I personally use both the motorcycle and this device connected to my phone. I can actually use the phone app from BMW TFT which is better in my opinion than the android auto one. Also this allows recording trips on the app if you want that. Or you can even stop pause the music from the motorcycle. But this also means my communication device is connected to the motorcycle not the phone and i have not tried to use voice commands but to be honest they should still work
Con:
- could not connect with 5Ghz with a Samsung s23 ultra. Works fine with 2.4 and for consumption reasons i would have used that anyway
- a bit expensive compared to others but to be honest i have no way to compare the quality
- too small for the split screen mode. At least a wider screen option would be better for most people. I do not buy the safety and look argument :).
- I think it should have a power off function on one of the buttons maybe to remember the status when receiving power.

There is a border around the screen which minimises the view of the screen. It would be great if the border can be removed and have a full advantage of the screen
Ho acquistato questo componente per completare il mio sistema Chigee AIO 5 lite. Ora posso accedere a tutte le funzioni del 5 lite usando la wonder wheel . Semplicemente perfetto. Nella confezione è presente anche il cavo di connessione. Bisogna solo stare attenti a scegliere i pin corretti per evitare il collegamento sbagliato. Chigee ..... Bravi !
Questo chigee é veramente straordinario, migliora l'esperienza di guida in motocicletta. Mi muovo dentro ogni menù senza togliere le mani dal manubrio, interagisco con Siri parlando da dentro il casco collegato entro ed esco da carplay e sono sempre connesso alla moto ed alla guida. Semplicemente eccezionale.

J'ai fait mon premier voyage avec mon Chigee (v5 modèle pour BMW) monté sur ma 1200 GS Adv à tableau de bord classique (non numérique).
Je dois dire que j'ai été bluffé. D'abord par la faciliter d'utilisation et ensuite par le design des tableaux de bord et les infos qu'ils affichent. Le Chigee remplace presque le tableau de bord numérique.
La problématique à laquelle j'ai dû faire face c'est de trouver un bon outil de navigation sur mon téléphone. Pour mon voyage avec peu d'étapes (700km), Google Maps a suffit. Il ne gère pas plus de 10 étapes et j'en avais 4. Mais en cas de voyage plus long, il faut trouver un logiciel ayant des options plus orienté GPS. J'ai essayé HERE, même problème que Maps. J'ai regardé Tomtom, il est cher. Si quelqu'un a une idée d'un logiciel GPS gratuit (ou pas trop cher) compatible avec Android Auto et Car Play, je suis preneur.
J'aurais toutefois quelques petites remarques.
En premier lieu, le Chigee-5 pourrait être un peu plus grand. Il n'occupe pas toute la place dans le support BM. L'écran idem. Je crois que ça va être résolu avec la version prochaine qui est annoncée pour 2025.
Ensuite, les couleurs du tableau de bord sont figées. Par exemple, le bleu d'un tableau de bord est un peu fade et la couleur des tours devrait changer avec les tours du moteur. On pourrait imaginer que les couleurs puissent être changées par l'utilisateur.
