Is there an option to disable the TPMS Alert?

Currently, it is not possible to turn off the audible tire pressure warning from the display unit. However, we plan to introduce an option to toggle the audio alert in a future over-the-air (OTA) update.

How do I set TPMS alarm values, and what values should I set?

Refer to your bike's user manual for guidance on setting tire pressure alarms. The high pressure alarm should be set at 20-25% over your normal tire pressure and the low pressure alarm should be set at 10% below your normal tire pressure.

Can TPMS support three tires?

The standard package includes two sensors. Currently, our system supports a maximum of two tire connections.

Not accurate at all, unable to calibrate it don’t waste your time on this option.

I have the AIO – five light I wanted all the options, including the tire pressure indication. My 2019 BMW K 1600 grand America already has tire pressure indication. The only reason I opted for this was because it was cheap and I didn’t want to be without any option a blank screen on the unit so I opted for this. Follow the instructions and it was easy however it is not accurate at all. I was at the BMW dealership today we serviced the air in my tires note. He has a certified calibrated gauge with a calibrated date on it. So we know it’s accurate. Then my BMW air pressure sensors were showing 42 psi which matched his target gauge. With the Chigee transmitters installed it was reading 3 to 4 psi too high on both tires. The instructions say to drive the bike and it will calibrate itself, but that is not true. In fact, you can adjust the high-pressure warning and the low pressure warning. There is no way to calibrate it to the exact temperature correct tire pressure. Chigee needs to correct this problem because I would not recommend this to anyone. It’s better to go without them to have this inaccurate reading. I verified my installation is correct and I verify correct. Tire pressure is present. This is a waste of money accessory. It is not accurate in the software. They could write it where you could accept the value as you’re starting point but so far it’s kind of Mickey Mouse. I wouldn’t recommend it.

TPMS Technology Differences:
The variance you're observing is actually due to fundamental differences in how BMW's built-in TPMS and our external sensors measure tire pressure:

1. BMW's Factory TPMS:
Uses internal TPMS sensors
Measures pressure through tire deformation against the road
Does not account for temperature-induced pressure changes
Shows more consistent but averaged readings

2. Our External TPMS:
Provides real-time, dynamic measurements
Directly measures pressure at the valve stem
Accounts for temperature changes during riding
Shows true pressure variations as they occur
Typically reads slightly higher than internal sensors due to valve stem location

What This Means in Practice:
When you're riding, tire temperature increases, which naturally raises tire pressure. Our sensors show this real-time change, while BMW's system compensates for these fluctuations to show more stable readings.
This is not a problem or malfunction of our TPMS itself.

Triumph Tiger SE Desert Edition 2021 - Installation of Chigee AIO-Lite (package includes cameras, TPMS, remote control). The installation was quite straightforward, with only a minor issue connecting the yellow cable to the ACC. This was because the fuses in the Triumph didn’t have an ignition-on option. I ended up connecting it to the power socket under the passenger seat, which required slightly extending the yellow cable as the original was too short. Pairing the accessories was seamless. CarPlay works perfectly. The camera quality is amazing. I believe I’ll be very happy with this new gadget. The only complaint could go to dedicated app on iOS - it’s not fully translated, not user friendly - here I see some improvements needed from Chigee.
